GENERAL FEATURES:

PANEL MOVEMENT SYSTEM made up of:
* top steel presser with two rows of wheels on bearings for clamping workpieces even of small dimensions Manual adjustment of height with mechanical digital readout
* 2 feed speed track made of chain and blocks in special selflubricating material. The blocks are coated with vulcanised antiwear rubber with
high friction coefficient to guarantee excellent holding of the panel
and working precision. Sliding on two steel guides, one round and one flat, to ensure straightness of movement and resistance to side loads
* panels loading system with a large support surface to facilitate also the positioning of large panels
The machine is complete with:
ORION 220 graphic numerical control with PLC
Numerical control complete with PLC to carry out quickly, easily and without
errors the execution of customized working programs (100 programs max.)
It controls the pneumatic positionings of the operating groups, when the same are installed on the machine (The NC does not include the pneumatic positionings) It does not control the change from 1st to 2nd passage (blades tilting + round function), which can be carried out with manual selectors .
