No waiting period like on the classic press machines. No limit to the work piece length. This Jai-Turanlar machine consumes less energy than that of normal presses. With it’s in-feed and out-feed transport benches, a continuous production system suitable for mass production.
Hard rubber rollers & heating elements, that ensure perfect fix of laminate on board. For best results, adjust roller speed & temperatures. Due to 12mm thickness, hard rubber roller guarantees very long service life. Heater unit is available in the machine to remove humidity of covering materials in order to ensure more precise application of them to the panel.
Transport benches are additional extensions & covers minimal floor space for in-feed and out-feed of panel boards. It is most convenient and fast system.
