The feed track: Robust ¾” feed chain, guide system consisting of both reference round guides with German gear box. Two zigzag rows of pressure wheels gives effective pressure on workpiece & no scratch traces on the work piece surfaces due to special graded material.
Gluing & Banding Unit: The perfect adhesion of edges is assured through three edge banding rollers actuated by pneumatic cylinders. It give adequate pressure on strips for effective banding. Interchangeable loading rollers for PVC foil & wooden strip:
End cutting unit: With two independent motors sliding on two prismatic guide ways with recirculating ball bearings straight or tilted cut up to 0-15º.
Edge Trimming unit: Compact and powerful, it enables substantial stock removal in order to guarantee a perfect finishing. Trimmer 2R cutter for ABS/PVC & special cutter for wooden strip are standard scope of supply.
Edge Scraping unit: The fine cut gives the best finishing touch to the edging material like ABS / PVC .The unit is complete with rotating copiers.
Glue scraping unit: It eliminates glue residues from the upper & lower panel surfaces .The unit is complete with on /off pneumatic exclusion
Buffing unit: Individually adjustable, clean and buffed plastic edge banding for a perfect finishing.
Control Panel: Easy accessible mobile control panel at machine infeed provides convenient operation of the machine for controls & display.
Italian Electro Spindles (Motors): Specially designed Italian High frequency electro spindles to generate high power with compact design for high quality finishing.
Anti Adhesion Liquid:In order to prevent glue to adhere on surface of the panel, Anti Adhesion liquid is sprayed to surface of the panel. This is standard scope of supply with machine.
Electronic Section: All electronic components are used from well known brand like Telemecanique (France) / Schneider. Motor Protect Circuit Breakers (MPCB) are provided.
